Viking Warranty covers products for up to 3 years after purchase. If you believe that your product may still be under warranty, call us with the serial number and we can let you know.

Fidelity National Home Warranty

Well, the service from these guys was so impressive I finally got off my butt and signed up for a Yelp account to give them a good review.

I had a problem with most of the appliances in the kitchen in our new house, including the Viking built-in refrigerator. Many companies wouldn't even come out for weeks. I was able to get Navi out quickly and they took care of the problems. The refer was beyond repair, but they helped me communicate with Viking to get it replaced. I dealt with the owner, Beau, who was very detail oriented and was great about following up on things. I found him to be honest and a genuinely nice guy. The new refer unfortunately was broken, right from the factory. They are Viking-authorized, so he came out and got the new one fixed immediately. Their pricing was very reasonable for the items that I had to pay out-of-pocket for.

These will be my go-to guys for appliance repair from now on.

After being blown off by Payless Appliance in Hayward I was referred to Navi by warranty dept of Mfcr. They called me within 24 hours and were at my home at the beginning of my appointment window a few days later. Their serviceman was extremely professional, assessed the problem immediately and followed up promptly. I will definitely use them again. Hard to fine reliable professionals in this business. I was told by a repairman from another company that the circuit board to my blower was bad and needed replacement. Soon, we were at the appliance store shopping for a new cooktop and blower. Then we called Navi. This was a couple of months ago so I don't remember the repair man's name, but he immediately determined that the circuit board was fine. So instead of the $1800 for the new board, he replaced a switch for less than $100. The total job was under $200. Then he showed me why the cooktop would not light and basically how it worked. Everything now works fine and I still have the $3000 it would have cost to replace the blower and cooktop in my pocket! I will use Navi whenever I need an appliance repaired.
